"Rillettes" is a preservation method similar to confit where meat is seasoned then slow cooked at a grandmotherly pace for several hours. The meat is shredded and packed into sterile containers, ABSOLUTELY to try once in your life!
For mains, we prepared a Steam Halibut Fish with Green Veggies. We make sure you eat healthy as a healthy body leads to a happy mind. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, you will be surprised by how easy it is to eat healthy food!
