Happy Palace-2019 OCT-LOFT Creative Festival will be held from December 7, 2019 to February 29, 2020 in Hall C2, North District of Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Creative Culture Park. The Creative Festival is hosted by the Overseas Chinese Town Creative Cultural Park, with 奇异的果 (Bizarre Unit) as the planning team and Ding Bo as the curator. The theme of the exhibition is Happy Palace, and it focuses on our current technological life and its relationship with social, identity and local factors. The role of people as "questioners" are emphasized to stimulate discussions about the topic. Happy Palace-2019 OCT-LOFT Creative Festival is divided into three sections: the main exhibition, the playground and the question set.

The “Happy Palace” main exhibition has invited 16 groups of domestic and foreign artists to display 17 art works including different installations, video, sound, photography and other media, nine of which are new creations .
