You can enjoy the most well-known Swiss cuisine cheese fondue, just only available on weekends. The appetizer dishes set: Smoked Salmon with Potato Roesti, Goose Liver rolled in roasted Crushed Hazelnut, Smoked Duck dressed with Walnut Pesto, and the air-dried meat bundnerfleisch. It represents an assured start to the meal.
