A contemporary take on the German gose, a traditional sour wheat beer brewed with coriander and salt. We give this once-obscure style a modern twist by adding star anise and then dry-hopping it with New World hop varieties. 

Brilliant pale blonde in color, the aroma has light notes of fresh pomelo and jackfruit with a hint of lemon and whiffs of wildflowers. Crisp and tart on the palate, like a subtly sweetened lemonade, with a touch of mineralic salinity. Faint note of freshly popped corn and white bread in the aftertaste.
