This week we've paired with our popular fish tacos with our Lemon Drop Sour Session IPA. The lemon/citrus notes of the beer bring out and complement the flavours of the fish. The sour notes in the beer also contrast with the salsa and complement the guacamole and sour cream.
The combination of these two makes for a complex, delicious mix of flavours that pair just right with each other.
