After teaching a brioche baking class at Les 5 Chef's, chef Eric has decided to give another class, this time on the benefits and methods of making a healthy energy bread.
This bread will be a whole wheat and rye combination with walnuts, raisins, sesame, fruit and other energy-giving ingredients!
