Taste of Good France will gather on March 21, 2017, more than 2,000 chefs on 5 continents to celebrate French gastronomy.
This event, in the form of a dinner, will pay tribute to the excellence of French cuisine, its capacity for innovation and the values it brings, sharing, enjoyment, respect for "good food", its Contemporaries and the planet.
In 1912, Auguste Escoffier initiated "Epicure's Dinners": the same menu, the same day, in several cities of the world and for the greatest number of guests.
