This cozy smokehouse tucked inside Shuiwei prepares all its locally-sourced meat on site in their open kitchen. There’s room for just over 50 inside, plus a few more outside, with the promise of monthly block parties to bring more to the area. In early days after its opening, beer is limited but buckets of punch flow freely, ready to share with the generous portions of appetizers and succulent pork, chicken, beef and lamb. The Texas barbacoa is an especially good option.
