The fight that's always nearly, but never quite materialised is coming into fruition for real this coming Sunday (May 3). After endless attempts to get Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao into the ring together, fans' frustration can finally be put to rest as the talents fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
The two competitors are said to be two of the most gifted in the history of the sport, evidenced in Mayweather's phenomenal 47 out of 47 fight win record. Pacquiao doesn't fall far behind with only 5 losses in 64 fights. With stats like that, we can be sure of one thing - it won't come cheap. In fact, it's set to be the richest boxing match in history costing USD250 million and as a pay-per-view event on Showtime, US fans are expected to pay USD100 a pop.
