In a breath-taking merging of culture and luxury, the grand open space of the lobby at Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai was transformed into a stage for young artists on the evening of March 25, when students from the acclaimed Liu Jian Art Piano School performed a one-hour mini concert.
Liu Jian Art Piano School was founded in 2002 by Mr. Liu Jian, former China consultant of international piano master Lang Lang, and has over 20 years of brand development history.
The school focuses on children’s piano education, always adhering to the educational philosophy of “keeping the original heart, insisting on ingenuity and being full of love.” It is dedicated to creating “the best gift for parents to give their children on the way to growth.”
Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai welcomed Liu Jian Art Piano’s students to perform for resident and local guests alike. It was a great pleasure to experience the magical music that captures so much of the human spirit and to witness the talent of these young artists – the stars of tomorrow.
This concert was part of the Kempinski Concertini global initiative, just one of the many ways Kempinski strives to nurture young talent and extend platforms for young aspiring artists within local communities. Kempinski Concertini is committed to fostering China’s vibrant culture and nurturing young talent.
Kempinski Concertini was first launched in 2017 to mark the 120th anniversary of Kempinski Hotels. In addition to Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai, the Kempinski Concertini initiative is held at Kempinski hotels around the globe.
