The chef’s-selection Christmas Set Menu (RMB688 per set) features a Foie Gras Terrine with Fresh Fig and Roasted Pumpkin Salad appetizer, followed by Potato Soup.
The main course is Boston Lobster Pasta with Spicy Tomato Sauce.
And 250g M3 Ribeye Steak with Fried Vegetables, followed by classic Opera Cake for dessert.
The set menu includes two glasses of house wine and two glasses of sparkling wine.

Christmas Afternoon Tea for Two
The hotel began its Christmas celebrations on December 1 with their Christmas Afternoon High Tea (RMB288 per set) in 1Eins Bistro & Lounge, served with foie gras, garlic prawns, smoked salmon and other canapés, traditional Christmas cookies, mini cakes and caprese skewers, among other items.
Of course, a one-hour free flow of homemade mulled wine comes with it.

New Year's Eve Raclette Night
