This autumn, Jade on 36 has upgraded its weekend brunch experience to a new level. Frank Bray, well-known Jazz Musician with extensive stage experience at world renown venues, will be invited to perform at Jade on 36 every weekend.
Diners will experience an artistic indulgence of both auditory and taste with the newly launched weekend jazz brunch. Come savor classic French cuisine reinvented by French Executive Chef Olivier Pistre with breathtaking views of the Bund and immerse yourself in a world of jazz.
Using only the freshest and finest seasonal ingredients, French Executive Chef Olivier Pistre exquisitely and artistically crafts them into a journey of tastes and textures. The 5-course set menu begins with assorted starters, followed by a warm soup, select from a choice of five main courses, enjoy an exquisite pre-dessert teaser then end with dessert.
Indulge in a feast for the senses and savor seasonal ingredients such as salmon, golden sea beam, lamb, dry-aged beef and more with sauces specially created by Chef Olivier for the season.
