The 1515 West Chophouse and Bar, the contemporary American-style restaurant at the Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai renowned for its vintage interior design, is bringing diners’ meal appreciation to another level with its new a la carte menu crafted by Executive Sous Chef, William Mahi.
Famed for his innovative presentation and utmost respect for tradition, Chef Mahi finds inspiration in seasonal flavors and uses his unique methods to capture the different textures of ingredients.

The final drink is IDEALShanghai; a punchy bevvie with a syrup made from the famed White Rabbit candy, homemade tangerine jam, milk and coffee.
