Brawl on the Bund is back! If you think you've got what it takes to take part in Shanghai's premier white collar boxing event, sign up today and get into the best shape of your life.

Brawl on the Bund is a charity boxing event held in Shanghai by White Collar Boxing China. The night attracts over 1,000 people for a black-tie dinner to watch eight boxing matches with regular Shanghai residents who have trained professionally for three months. It is also, as those that have been can attest, one of the best nights out of the year.

I took part in the event in June 2013 – you can read about my experiences and watch me get punched in the face – and cannot recommend it highly enough. "Best shape of your life" is an understatement, I had no idea I could be that fit. Training is intensive but incredibly rewarding, and stepping in to the ring at the end of the three months is an experience I will always remember.

Training for the Summer 2014 Brawl starts on March 4 at Golden Gloves Gym, 16/F Rm.1629-1630, 68 Xinqiao Road, near Xinzha road, Huangpu District, Shanghai 200000. To sign up, email monica@wcbc.info or call 150-0013-2063.
