From Millet to Picasso, Decoding Art Investment Post-Pandemic

China’s art sales increased by more than 130% in the 10 years from 2008, reaching USD12.9 billion by 2018, the fastest growth rate in the world. It is now the largest art sales market in Asia and the third largest in the world.

In the international capital market, art has long been a necessary investment target: a high value-added asset with a return rate far exceeding stocks and real estate.

On November 25, Professor Huang Wen Rui, a visiting professor at Fanhai International School of Finance, Fudan University, will lead you to decode art investment strategy with a market-oriented analysis of how to use art as an alternative investment option in the post-epidemic era and how to take the opportunity of the buyer’s market to construct a profitable investment portfolio.
