Flyer courtesy of promoter

Chefs Xiao Xiong and Mary are bringing back their burger pop-up “11PM” after a three-year hiatus. Burgers are RMB50 each and they are only making 100 burgers. It starts at 11pm at Charcohol.

The catalyst for the 11PM pop-up was to do something fun and unusual outside of their day-to-day jobs—one a celebrity chef, the other in high fashion. They built a cart and set up shop outside bars in the freezing cold, serving burgers to the masses. The last one was at EPIC, December 2016, and drew more than 300 people.
