Sunac Xindi Residence-Shanghai Xiangyi is a high-end serviced residence brand created by SUNAC Gem Commercial Management Co., and they celebrated the first anniversary in September. Sunac Xindi Residence-Shanghai Xiangyi is located in the Guangxin area. The concept originates from the pursuit of elite living and quality of life. During the first week of the anniversary celebration, Sunac Xindi Residence-Shanghai Xiangyi joined forces with the global design company ZAOZUO by launching three brand-new, upgraded model rooms. Each room is outfitted with impeccably designed furniture and décor which represents the ‘free’ and ‘idealistic’ life concept of the Xindi brand.

During the second of week, Sunac Xindi Residence-Shanghai Xiangyi invited three representatives to discuss quality of life from different perspectives on three topics: seeing, walking and feeling. The idea is to create a better life for every single client who visits Sunac Xindi Residence-Shanghai Xiangyi.

The residence features the Xindi Butlers, who not only work at the Front Desk but also go above and beyond to make all guests feel like they are home. Whether you need to know what the weather will be like during your stay or you’re looking for a chic new Shanghai shop, the Xindi Butlers are always there to assist. In addition, Xindi Butlers will organize interactive activities for guests from romantic holidays to private fitness classes to afternoon teas. They’ve also joined forces with Malo Clinic to offer dental health checks in order to ensure the physical and aesthetic health of their clients.

“Over the past year, it has become a favorite serviced apartment among the young generation,” said Hongwei Han, the Vice President of Sunac Gem Commercial Management Co. “We break from the traditional serviced apartment concept and upgrade everything from aesthetics to experience to interaction in order to push the serviced apartment to a new height. We adhered to the idea of ‘home concept’ during the celebration of our brand-new model show room, which included a media night, intermediary afternoon tea gathering, guest appreciate week and other activities. The idea was to show how good life can be living at Xindi.”
