Halloween is done and dusted, which means it’s finally turkey time.

The tradition of eating turkey has been an essential part of the holiday season for centuries. While synonymous with many North Americans with Thanksgiving, the bird is also the preferred choice of Brits for Christmas dinner.

Now that the holiday season is in full swing, the Kerry Hotel Pudong has all your needs covered with their festive Turkey-To-Go Hampers. Even if you don’t have a full sized oven at home, you can count on their culinary wizards to send over a meal that you will be proud to present to your friends and family.

Imported from Chile, the turkeys are stuffed with mirepoix, rosemary, thyme, black pepper and paprika. Next, the skin is rubbed with honey, paprika, olive oil, black pepper, salt, thyme, rosemary, oregano and Cajun spices. Slow roasting the bird for three and a half hours ensures that even the white meat is juicy.

Choose from three different proteins for your hamper: 6-7kg of turkey, 4-5kg of honey roasted ham or 1.5-1.8kg of roasted Australian rib-eye.

All hampers feed 8-10 guests and include the following:

  • Choice of Turkey, Ham or Rib-Eye

  • Chestnut & Raisin Stuffing

  • Gravy

  • Cranberry Sauce

  • Mashed Potatoes

  • Spice-Roasted Sweet Potatoes

  • Honey & Cinnamon Roasted Carrot

  • Brussels Sprouts with Sautéed Bacon

  • Braised Red Cabbage

  • Walnut Bread Rolls

The fixings are a gorgeously colorful spread of delicious autumn sides. The chestnut and raisin stuffing is particularly addictive, especially when doused in a spoonful of gravy. If you are up to the task of cooking sides for yourself, a la carte pricing for roasted meats. Or, design your ideal meal by choosing your sides. And because pumpkin pie is an essential part of any Thanksgiving dessert spread, they’ve got one with the perfect amount of sugar, spice and everything nice.
