Little Creatures (Australia) and Hitachino Nest (Japan) have come together to brew a collaborative IPA that brings together Japanese Sorachi Ace hops and Australian Melba hops to deliver a sessionable beer with a hop driven, fruity character that they have called Tsubasa IPA.
This very limited release brew is available at Little Creatures Brewers Lab for just one month starting from October 1. The Little Creatures kitchen is also turning Japanese with a new menu of Japanese beer-drinking snacks to pair with the beer.
