Oct 12: Love Bang: Catch & Scratch Opening & Sudden-Closing Party

Here’s a bit of gossip you won’t hear at your local corner store; Catch & Scratch is the hottest new restaurant in town, and it's closing before it even opens. That's so cool! What's even cooler? The after-party is STILL GOIN’ DOWN, with very emotional, very bangin’ club music until 5am. Catch & Scratch is the new failure by Mr. Blurry, the boyfriend of celebrity-cat Xu Dongmei. Indeed, Mr. Blurry is a talented and beloved chef, but when his investors realized he’s deeply psychotic (note his eyes on the flyer), they decided to cut their losses and cancel the project, but are still having an after-party to get social media clout for their next venture. Damn! After hearing this news, Mr. Blurry had a total breakdown and painted the walls and ceilings with all his ingredients, which accidentally created a surreal exhibition that perfectly matches the high-energy, very bangin' club music of the after-party. Lineup: Knopha (Beatween), NEHO (It's Your Boy Nelson), Lumi (Eastern Margins), ELF (SHCR) and Heatwolves.

Oct 12, 10pm; RMB50 before 11pm, RMB80 after. Elevator. See event listing
