Aug 7-8: May the Force Be with Zhu | Pop Up Dinner Series

Shanghai native Chris Zhu serves up a mystical and multi-course menu for a one of kind chef’s table experience. For two nights only, taste the uniquely merged classic culinary techniques and local Chinese flavors in dishes that will send you into a spell of curiosity and imagination.

Aug 8: Oysters & Wine NIght

Aug 9: Friday Seafood Feast at Grand Hyatt Shanghai

The concept is simple, Laura Thomason of The West Winds Gin is hosting a cocktail and conversation hour(s) for the launch of Conversations with Friends by Sally Rooney. You are welcome to chat about your tastes, mood and preferences for a customized cocktail. Bring any used book to swap, and the first cocktail is yours for free.

Aug 10: Italian 4 Hands

Giuseppe Minoia from The Key in Shenzhen is joining Arch's Vincenzo Pagliara for a one-night cocktail pop-up. The two Italian mixologists have prepared an intriguing list of boozy options for RMB88 per cocktail. How does Glenlivet 12, salted Campari, grapefruit juice and peanut butter sound to you? Those are the ingredients in Minoia's Blue Grass Sour, and we can't wait to see how those components come together. As for Pagliara's menu, we have our eye on Sandalwood (Chivas Mizunara, turmeric, sandalwood soda).

Aug 11: Mexican Brunch at Westin Bund

This week's brunch special is Mexican themed, so get ready for nachos, tacos and other Mexican delicacies. Free flow champagne is aslo available for an extra charge.
