We've heard nothing but good things about this oddly-named Japanese punk band. Not their first tour around China, The Devils & Libido have garnered a stellar reputation for putting on an excellent live show. They released a two-sided album in May of this year and combine elements of punk with math, hardcore and neon (yes, apparently that is a genre of music).
