* Once you purchase your trip package through thMart, please send your booking details and requests to booking@neoroll.cn. Bookings are subject to the availability of tents in each camp. Package does not include transportation to and from the camping site.
** Four people maximum are allowed in the tent. This means two adults and two children under the age of twelve years old. There will be no additional charges for children under this age to stay in the tent. Please choose between a one king-sized bed tent or twin beds tent when you confirm your booking with Neoroll.
*** The BBQ dinner pack serves two adults and one child. More can be ordered onsite if needed.
Other important notes:
• All guests should bring original valid passports or ID to check in.
• For environmental protection reasons, Neoroll does not provide disposable toiletries in the camps. Please bring your own. They do provide bath towls and slippers.
• If you need an additional sleeping bag, Neoroll will charge RMB200, which includes one breakfast. Additional breakfast meals are RMB20 per person.
• Pets are not allowed on the camp sites unless the camp is chartered.
• Some entertainment facilities pictured above are nearby the camp sites and may charge extra fees.
• Due to government policies, Neoroll's Hangzhou camp site cannot accept foreigners to stay overnight at this time. If you are a foreign passport holder, you can book at Neoroll's three other camps (Shanghai, Jingshan and Tongxiang)
