Savor the Flavor of Zhanjiang and Hairy Crabs at The COOK

This month, The COOK Origins introduces their ‘Savor the Flavor of Zhanjiang and Seasonal Hairy Crabs’ promotion which features Zhanjiang oysters, free range chicken and specialty items such as hairy crab roe wontons, fried dumplings and stewed pork balls.

The COOK Origins concept focuses on sustainability and authenticity. In September, The COOK’s culinary team visited Guangdong Province. Situated on China’s coast, the region represents coastal China as well as one of the Eight Culinary Traditions of Chinese cuisine.
