Event Manager
Location: Beijing
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related program preferred
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing)
Basic office computer skills
Minimum two years’ experience in marketing or PR
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong organizational skills, presentable, professional and honest
Willing to learn, eager to fulfill the team’s targets and able work under pressure
Open minded with good teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Approach potential business opportunities through our existing/potential business network
Consult clients about project/program/campaign requirements and objectives
Contribute project ideas
Represent clients at public events with the aim of networking
Provide strategic guidance to clients on an ongoing basis
Monitor and guide project progress
Aid team members by promptly reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback
Provide competent Chinese-English translations, as well as writing and editing of press releases, brand articles and reports
Execute projects both independently and as part of a team
Contribute ideas to clients, colleagues and management
Manage projects in a fiscally responsible manner to ensure targets are met
Communicate with colleagues and management regularly on the status of ongoing projects
Account Manager
Location: Shenzhen
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing)
Basic office computer skills
Minimum one year’s experience in sales or marketing (media background is preferable)
Strong organizational skills, presentable, professional and honest
Willing to learn, eager to fulfill the team’s targets and able work under pressure
Open minded with good teamwork skills
A genuine interest in sales as a profession
Sales Responsibilities:
Conduct integrated media planning for sales projects
Maintain existing customer relationships to develop comprehensive business partnerships
Completion of a monthly sales quota, with full reports provided to line manager
Completion of post-sale follow up
Process client payments
Monitor and control AR performance
Collect and report market information to marketing department
Business Development Responsibilities:
Accumulate a large number of prospective clients
Explore new business opportunities in new sales territory
Senior Event Executive
Location: Beijing
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related program preferred
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing)
Competent computer skills, knowledgeable with Adobe Ps, Ai, etc.
Strong organizational skills, presentable, professional and honest
Willing to learn, eager to fulfill the team’s targets and able work under pressure
Open minded with good teamwork and communication skills
Enthusiastic about event creation, planning and execution
A genuine interest in PR as a profession
Willing to learn and eager to meet team targets
Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to build new relationships with potential clients and the media
Attend all relevant client meetings and prepare regular reports
Assist in researching, writing and distributing press releases and brand stories to targeted media
Event management and implementation, including theme parties and events, press conferences and commercial projects
Represent Urbanatomy at public events to promote brand and business opportunities
Find and engage with potential event/media exchange programs
Pitch innovative new ideas to current and potential clients
Create a well-researched database of event supply companies
