You Need to Try These 9 Gourmet Burgers at Little Creatures

Little Creatures Brewer's Lab have upped their gourmet burger game to drool-worthy proportions, and thrown in a couple of cracking deals for good measure. On Mondays, order any burger between 6-10pm and get a free pint of Little Creatures pale ale.

And if you find yourself down in Found 158 any night of the week, and are hit by a serious case of the munchies, swing by Little Creatures and pick up a burger to take away for just RMB50. Think of it as a properly posh kebab.

Now, onto some food porn...

That bad boy above is the BBQ Angus. Inspired by the famous US barbecue flavors, the BBQ Angus provides a smokey and slightly sweet sauce that brings together all elements of this burger. The juicy sauce and cheese covered pattie is topped with a huge deep fried onion ring and fresh pickles.

Specimen two is The Creature - a monster burger that draws on the Australian roots of Little Creatures. Key ingredients are pineapple, smoked bacon and cheddar, avocado and beetroot, in addition to the juicy beef pattie.

This is The Chicken: buttermilk fried chicken, a delicious strip of crispy bacon, a creamy blue cheese, lime & chili mayo and a handful of freshly pickled veggies.

And The Tuna: a generous sesame-coated ahi tuna fillet serves as the base for a covering of pea shoots, cucumber, spring onion, avocado & ginger aioli and daikon pickle. A sprinkle of crispy wonton shreds provides a textural surprise for this healthy burger.
