The 2018 Shanghai International Half Marathon took place in Shanghai on Sunday. A total of 15,000 runners showed up to participate in the race, which began at the Pearl Tower and ended at the Oriental Sports Centre.
Despite the brutally hot temperatures, Sunday's marathon ended up being quite the event. Here are a few photos from this year's race:
