CHat Shanghai is back!
Hosted by China Channel and WalktheChat, the second annual CHat Shanghai, a two-day conference designed to educate and inspire use of the WeChat ecosystem, will be held at The Place on September 21 and 22.
Industry professionals and KOLs that have successfully utilized the WeChat platform to build their business will come together in Shanghai for two packed days with guest speakers, workshops and the latest product/service demos. Whether you are a manager of a well-established business looking to drive traffic, or an up-and-coming business looking to enter the market, this content-driven event has something to offer everyone.
This year, CHina CHat will be immediately followed by the CHina CHatHackathon, a two-day WeChat Miniprogram development competition. This follow-on event allows a space where people with different skills can come together to unleash their creative energy and build any WeChat Miniprogram you can think of. It’s happening on September 24 and 25 and admission is free if you’re attending CHat!
After numerous successful conferences in Beijing and Shanghai, CHat hopes to continue to make a big impact on the international community and increase awareness of WeChat presence here in China, a place where WeChat has become an extremely powerful tool and asset for any business.
“Messaging is one of the hottest tech sectors globally, but it's important not to get confused by all the recent hype,” says Andrew Schorr, founder and CEO of Grata, a company helping businesses run customer service and sales on WeChat and Web in Travel’s Startup of the Year. “CHat is great because you get to hear from so many WeChat industry insiders who tend to have a more nuanced understanding of the industry than the idle speculation we see in much of the western media.”
Learn all the essentials of using WeChat to grow your business from expert professionals in an educational, informative and empowering atmosphere. Gain valuable insight into one of the fastest growing platforms that is quickly attracting the attention of an international audience. Plus, it will be fun – with great opportunities for networking and some tasty food and drinks.
