Aug 17: 无界艺术 No (B)order
A-Collective is a ‘multi-national, multi-disciplined creative collective’ featuring DJs, artists, chefs, fashion designers and more. Their No (B)order party features a diverse range of electronic music from their resident DJs, plus a special food menu. Entry is free.

Aug 17: Jiaming
Arkham teams up with label Beatween to bring Jiaming down from Beijing. An underground producer, DJ and rapper, he is the main host for Beatween’s parties as well as their podcast. He’ll be joined by Shanghai-based DJ Dazzy and Raythm.

Aug 18: Medusa
Shanghai's monthly purveyors of pansexual realness return to Elevator. Head there for queer house music from CIgnarale and Mau Mau, plus a healthy dose of ‘dance floor divas, Dionysian diversions, delightful deviance and ecstatic exploring.’

Aug 19: Ruby Rose
Famous
for her performances in popular Netflix series Orange is the New Black
and action film John Wick: Chapter 2, Ruby Rose is a woman of many
talents. Also a model and a DJ, Rose will be showing off her DJ skills
at M2 this weekend. Hurry and get a ticket, because this international
superstar's show will sell out fast!

Aug 19: RP Boo
Credited
as having essentially invented the genre of footwork in Chicago in the
mid-90s, RP Boo has flown under-the-radar until a few years ago - around
the time he dropped his debut EP, Legacy, in 2013. Past shows of his in
Shanghai have been high-energy affairs, with Boo coming out from the DJ
booth and dancing with the crowd. Don't miss his set at ALL.

Aug 19: Zhu
S.T.D.
brings over the rising star producer and singer Zhu, who has been
active since 2014 and released his first tracks while keeping his
identity anonymous. His breakout track 'Faded' was nominated for a
Grammy in 2015. He's performed at Coachella and Ultra Miami and
collaborated with Skrillex. Catch his show at Arkham, and note that the promoters are requesting an all-black dress code.

Aug 19: Three Years of Parties
The
China Social Club, comprised of Aussie DJ duo PCJ and Frau are
celebrating three years by throwing a party at Smash. Drink some
champagne to celebrate their third anniversary, and even sweeter, it's
free entry!

Aug 19: Sasha's Craft Beer Day
Celebrate
your love for craft beer at Sasha's Craft Beer Day. All craft beer is

Celia-based promoters Techno Train, brings over Ukrainian DJ Rada Noize, a techno DJ who is listed on the Ukrainian Top 50 DJ poll and who has toured all over the world. Playing in support is Techno Train organizer Lina K.

Aug 19: Tigerstyle! With Ceez
Art and music collective Love Bang return to Dada for their usual blend of eclectic music and surreal visuals. This month, Shanghainese hip-hop producer Ceezy will play a set of rare hip-hop and funk.
