Better Bentos

Another new-ish kid on the food block Better Bentos provides boxes of healthy and delicious meals. This month, they're teaming up with Step it up to host a 5-day sugar-free challenge starting Monday, January 16th. For RMB450, you get 15 sugar-free meals, information on a sugar-free diet and daily recipes and tips. Pending the success of this one, there will be more collaboration in the future.

Vegan restaurant Happy Buddha could make non-vegans take the veggie-loving leap. From burritos to ice cream, they have it all and make it taste damn good too. To show people how delicious and satisfying veganism can be, they’re launching a 21 day vegan challenge on February 11th. The challenge includes much more than just food: a launch party, vegan language exchanges, fitness activities, educational seminars, cooking classes and more.

Restaurant WHEAT Healthy Eatery also offers a daily calorie-based meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch, snack, detox juice and dinner. The meals range from RMB205-RMB235 a day and are available daily for delivery. Right now they're also running a 21-day post-Christmas detox camp starting January 15, and with options for just one or two weeks as well. Participants will also receive vouchers for fitness classes, tanning and more.
