Canadian pop-punk favorites Simple Plan are coming back to China thanks to AEG Live Asia, after selling out their prior tours in 2012 and 2013. The quintet will take over the Huiyuan Space in Beijing's LeSports Center on August 28 and perform back-to-back shows in Shanghai at The Mixing Room on August 30-31. Tickets go on sale on July 22 at Damai with Beijing tickets available for RMB288/388/588 and Shanghai tix available for RMB488.

Propelled to fame in the early 2000s thanks to hits like 'I'd Do Anything' (featuring Blink-182's Mark Hoppus), Simple Plan are still going strong. Their China shows will celebrate their just released fifth album, Taking One for the Team. While the disc sees the band charting into new musical territory from the reggae-styled 'Singing in the Rain' to the ballad, 'Perfectly Perfect,' expect the always crowd-pleasing act to once again rock the house when they come to China.

Simple Plan China tour:

Beijing: Aug 28, 8pm, RMB288-588. Huiyuan Space (at the LeSports Center).
Shanghai: Aug 30-31, 8pm, RMB488. The Mixing Room.
