Tropical Storm Nepartak is currently making its way to Eastern China's Zhejiang and Fujian provinces and is expected to arrive rather unceremoniously in Taiwan tomorrow morning.
Eastern China can expect some severe rains and potential flooding that will last throughout the weekend, with Nepartak set to swing up and pass directly over Shanghai.
Ferry and train services have already been halted in Fujian and fishing boats have been ordered to return to ports, according to ECNS.
Taiwan's Military Spokesman Facebook page is filled with posts of the military taking action to brace the country for the impending storm.
As one can see from the images above, Taiwan is expecting some flooding, not to mention power shortages. According to CNN, over a fifth of daily flights have already been cancelled out of Taoyuan International Airport.
Meanwhile, Wuhan continues to deal with the aftermath of floods that have bombarded the city and essentially shut it down.
It's going to be a bumpy ride...
