A massive warehouse fire broke out in Yangpu District late last night, reports the South China Morning Post.
The fire started in a grain and oil wholesale market at around 9:15pm Wednesday night, according to official state media reports. More than 30 fire engines rushed to the scene, and many roads in the surrounding area were cordoned off.
No casualties have been reported, however many netizens posted images of the fire blazing near an apartment compound:
