Summer boxing bootcamp with Golden Gloves

If you've always wanted to get in the ring, now's your chance to get in shape and learn to throw a punch.

Golden Gloves Boxing Gym are running a 6-week intensive bootcamp for aspiring fighters coached by former Hong Kong Police Club champ Ricky Liang.

Training sessions, which start on July 13, are three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7-8am.

The cost is RMB2,100 for non-members or RMB1,300 for members.
