By early March, AURA at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong will have started offering guests a taste of all that at an inspired “Bistro at AURA” dining experience. Set against the backdrop of the international architectural complex of The Bund and featuring authentic French dishes by Chef Christophe Gillino as well as a wide selection of over 30 open wines, Bistro at AURA invites guests to get comfortably tipsy as night falls and indulge in a romantic time above the clouds.
The Bistro menu at AURA features a wide selection of chef’s recommendations, including starters and main courses such as Charcuterie — a selection of assorted French cold cuts — and Bourguignon — slow-cooked beef shank — while Bourride — a light bouillabaisse with aioli emulsion and assorted seafood — and Tartare — hand-chopped beef tenderloin — are brought to guests by Chef Christophe.
