9:00 Meet at Zhongshan park metro station

10:30 Hike in the park, see the unique water forest, and take beautiful pictures.

11:30 Picnic at the park and enjoy nature.

12:30 Keep hiking in the park.

13:00 Get on the bus and go to the Kayak／SUP place.

13:30 Warm-up, get training and then start kayaking or SUP.

16:30 After Kayaking / SUP, swim and relax in the lake/or take shower and relax beside the lake.

18:00 Head back to Zhongshan park metro station.
