09:00 Leave from Zhongshan park  

10:30 Arrive and start trekking, visit water forest

13:00 Coffee break at a coffee shop (bring picnic lunch or order lunch in the coffee shop)

13:40 Keep trekking around the lake

16:30-17:00 Finish and get our medals! Yay! Drive back to city center

18:00-18:30 Arrive to Zhongshan park
