Real Chicago pizza is not deep-dish, but instead, a thin crust cut into squares! Tavern style is a classic Chicago tradition and master pizza chef Wayne Hou will be tossing this exceptional pies at Shanghai Brew House this Saturday from 1pm until they sell out. And don't worry native Chicagoans, there will be plenty of fennel sausage and giardiniera to accompany the tasty pies.
Joining the festivities will be Pao Drinks Co. serving out their tasty new fruit sodas, both by themselves and in signature cocktails.
Lastly, there will be a flea market on the second floor of the Brew House featuring crafted accessories and second-hand goods for sale. The flea market will run from 11am to 5pm.
