Japanese food is renowned the world over for its intricate cooking techniques, and for the month of August, Elements will be transformed into a Japanese food wonderland.
The main pillars of Japanese cuisine include sushi, sashimi, miso, simmered dishes, sukiyaki, tempura, yakitori and teppanyaki, which will all be represented at Elements theatre kitchens.
Featured items include whole tuna, displayed until 6:15pm and then filleted in front of your eyes. It will be served as sashimi, sushi and California rolls, grilled yakitori-style and seared lightly on the teppan grill. Other favourites not to be missed are the cooked-to-order tempura station, teppanyaki station, yakitori grill, chawanmushi and much more.
