Azul is serving a New Year’s Eve menu for RMB288 per person, minimum of two people to share. Starters include roasted pumpkin polenta with saffron and serrano, watermelon radish salpicon, and tequila-cured salmon with black bean salsa. Mains include Argentinian Hereford rib-eye steak, lamb skewers with sides, baked halibut, and sides of roasted broccoli and Brussels sprouts. The meal ends with desserts to share.
