Highlights include Pu’er smoked scallop with tartar + thirteen spices tomato, Barramundi and followed by Pannetone with maple syrup ice cream. Bird is open for a very merry brunch on December 25th Christmas Day and 26th Boxing Day, and on through the weekend as usual.
