Volcanic lake is a beautiful lake with warm hot springs water in Zhejiang province where you can see a colorful forest: tall trees with orange color leaves. You can bring your own food for picnic or try vegetarian food at the temple. Visit colorful forest to take nice pictures afterwards and relax near the lake.

Schedule:

08:00 Leave from Shanghai Zhongshan park

12:00 Drive up to the temple on the mountain

12:00 Explore the temple and have lunch (picnic or you can have vegetarian food in the temple at your own expense)

13:30 Take a trail to walk down from the mountain

14:30 Reach the volcanic lake and colorful forest, relax near the lake and take a lot of pictures

16:30 Go back to Shanghai

20:30 Arrive to Shanghai Zhongshan park*
