Shanghai gourmets will have a unique opportunity to taste authentic Thai delicacies presented by Thai Chef Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn of Le Du in Bangkok, which has most recently been awarded Michelin one star and ranked #20 on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list released in 2019.
This is Chef Ton’s first visit to Shanghai. He is very happy to present the best of homegrown produce and flawlessly infuse authentic flavours of his hometown. Guests can get up close and personal with Chef Ton as he demonstrates a few of his signature dishes and cooking techniques. The specialities Chef Ton is preparing include Tom Yum Goong, Baan Signature Padthai, Beef Green Curry, Lamb Massaman Curry, Pla Kor Moo, Pineapple Fried Rice, Mango and Sticky Rice, and more.
