La Maruja de Shanghai proudly presents Shanghai's first fideuá contest with Chef Angel Nieto from Amadeo restaurant and winner of the 45th International Fideuà de Gandía (Spanish short noodles seafood paella). Festivities kick off on Friday with a free fideuá masterclass for friends and members of the public. Learn how to cook three authentic recipes from the Gandía master Chef Angel Nieto. 

Saturday is the day of the fideuá competition. Your entrance fee includes five RMB20 tickets redeemable for food and drinks. Wines from Valencia are provided by Le Sommelier, and the tapas are from La Maruja.
