On Friday November 8th the Shanghai Comedy Bunker presents an Icelandic special at CAGES Bar and Sports as our venue gets raided by Vikings of comedy Helgi Steinar, Bjarni the Magician and Thorhallur Thorhallsson.
Helgi Steinar has toured all over the world, and has opened for big name comics including Bill Burr and Tom Stade. His sold-out Edinburgh Fringe show ‘Cold As Icelandic’ is now available on Spotify.
Thorhallur Thorhallsson, or simply Thor, was voted Funniest Man in Iceland, and regularly tours Iceland, becoming a huge part of the comedy scene.
Bjarni The Magic Viking has been a comedian, magician and singer since 1996. He owns and runs The Secret Cellar comedy club in Reykjavik.
