Schedule:
Day 1:
8am: Meet at Shanghai People’s square.
11am: Arrive and have lunch, visit the temple.
1-2pm: Introduction of yoga, yogic lifestyle.
2.15-3.30pm: Yogic stretching.
3.30-5pm: Breathing exercise and deep relaxation.
5pm: Dinner break.
7-8pm: Laya chintan of om meditation & evening chanting mantras.
8-9pm: Sharing experiences.
9pm: Preparing for sleep.
Day 2:
6-7am: Morning chanting
7am: Breakfast
