The RMB988 set menu for two includes Faye #2 oyster with Champagne foam; Carpaccio salmon, tuna and scallop, lemongrass vinaigrette & Kaluga queen caviar, Mallard duck consommé, porcini mushroom and duck liver ravioli; Pan-seared seabass fillet, langoustine and shellfish nage and young leeks; Roasted Angus beef fillet, summer truffle sauce and miniature mushrooms, Sautéed heirloom carrots and beets; Valrhona strawberry chocolate mousse, strawberry sauce Bourbon vanilla ice cream and Chocolate Gift 8 pieces Red & Gold. 

The Windows On The Park buffet restaurant also prepared a sumptuous crawfish themed buffet dinner valued at RMB268 per person. Every couple can get two glasses of sparkling wine, chocolate companion gift and roses on the day of the activity. The net price of each set is RMB1314. The set includes the Valentine’s Day set for two in Epicure on Floor 45 plus a one-night stay in the Junior Suite includes two daily breakfast.
