To come out with innovative summer menus, our chefs select high-quality fresh ingredients and carefully present each dish in an artistic manner. Guests will enjoy our Executive Chef, Stephane Puverel’s, three course lunch menu, which includes olive oil poached seabass, pistachio, goat cheese crusted lamb rack and some more delicate desserts.
