THE CUT Rooftop is holding an Easter Brunch to celebrate Easter Weekend. This includes a two-hour free-flow including cocktails, wine and beer for RMB158, with an option for sparkling Chadon wine. Plus starting from RMB48, there's a delicious selection of egg-citing dishes to fully get guests into the Easter spirit. This includes the classic Eggs Benedict served with poached egg, spinach, crispy bacon and béarnaise sauce topped over with toasted bread, Egg N' Fish which is scrambled eggs with Norwegian smoked salmon and dill and Goose Egg, served with a potato terrine, rosemary, thyme and parmesan gravy with tomato bread. For more farm-fresh variety, there's also the Quail Egg Salad served with grilled sweet pepper, garlic, fresh basil and Spanish chorizo and Egg In Toast served with bacon, tomato, virgin olive oil with a homemade beef sauce.
At 1pm on April 21 there will also be The Easter Egg Hunt taking place on the sweeping roof terrace, so be sure to book early to get a good spot outside to take part or watch in on all the Easter action.
