With the season of new beginnings now well and truly here, the culinary team at Pelham’s, led by the new Executive Chef Alistair Carter, have gone back to the drawing board to create an inspiring all-new seasonal menu, filled with exciting, fresh and fabulous seasonal produce.
Executive Chef Alistair Carter has taken his experience working at renowned restaurants and hotels under the tutelage of Michelin chefs across the world to develop a truly sensational selection of spring dishes for guests to enjoy.
This season Pelham's is inviting diners to invigorate their taste buds. Guests can start off with a new light Flamiche Lobster Tart, featuring succulent lobster, beautifully ripe avocados, rich caviar and a light lemon soy ginger vinaigrette to give an Asian twist to this creamy French classic. Make sure to try the Braised Veal Shank Pappardelle Pasta as well with a buttery soft veal shank that’s been braised for eight hours.
